Good morning,

Thank you to everyone who took the time out of their office to attend our state conferences.

We are now in the third year of the Millennium3 Client Service & Practice Management Awards to recognise the valuable contribution of practice support staff who are an integral part of success in any advice business. It is true that all great businesses have great people – and those people are relentless at putting the client first. In advice that is absolutely true, and the client experience sets the best apart from the rest. It’s great to see this become a Millennium3 legacy.

It was really pleasing to see so many people wanting to publically recognise the hard work and achievements of their team. Nominations for each award came through from advisers who took the time to recognise their support staff, along with nominations from the M3 SDM team.

Across the 3 award categories we heard of so many great examples and client testimonials of where support staff within the M3 community have demonstrated exceptional client service, have gone above and beyond to put the client first, implemented new initiatives to help with business efficiencies and making a difference to your practices. It was also very moving and inspirational to see how many people within the M3 network do amazing things to help those in the broader community through their contribution to community service.

I am pleased to announce the National Award Winners for our 2018 Millennium3 Client Service Awards.
2018 National Client Service Award Winner:
Jenny ‘Shirl’ Byrne, Mr Byrne

Shirl has worked for Mr Insurance since 2006 and has been a finalist previously for this award due to her consistent high standards of engagement in communicating with clients, initiating client reviews
and providing information.

Shirl is a phenomenon in her own right, a force to be reckoned with and she always finds a proactive way to help Mr Insurance clients.

2018 National Practice Manager Of the Year Award Winner:
Laura Relph, Rando & Associates

Laura has demonstrated outstanding leadership in her role as Practice Manager for Rando and Associates. Her exceptional organisational abilities have ensured that the office kept running through a period of upheaval and change and her optimisation of xplan usage throughout the business has improved efficiencies in every part of the advice process.

To thank these two National winners of the Client Service Award and Practice Manager of the Year Award Millennium3 will cover the costs for them to attend our 201 9 National conference in Cairns .

The 2018 Winner is Titan Financial Planning , in recognition of their outstanding contribution to Hands Across the Water and David McLean’s epic ‘Ride of the Titans’ that was completed earlier this year.

We have received great feedback about these awards and will continue to acknowledge the efforts of support staff within the M3 community in 2019.
